I think this card is connected to the not-then-released DC/Marvel crossover. This one has original art, and man is it pretty. I love how her psychokinesis is drawn here. I think sometimes hers tends to look a liiiiittle too much like heat vision, but it’s clearly distinct in this trading card. The skirt’s shape is very reminiscent of some early Byrne panels too. I have some love in my heart for Cyclops, so it’s very cool to see him talking about her on the back. I always find the differences between Mae’s telekinesis usually presenting as physical powers (her invulnerability being a telekinetic shield, her shapeshifting, etc) and someone like Jean Grey’s telekinesis being more mental/coming alongside telepathy. It’s such a cool remnant of her being made to mimic Superman, as opposed to being her own hero.
